I don`t have an enemy who is annoying. The only enemies who are annoying are the ones who get on my nerves.

The one annoying for me are probably the Skullwalltulas. I also hate the Like Likes.

Poes aren't that annoying. The Deku Scrubs sometimes just give junk and always hide alot.

How about those big enemies where you have to attack their back to kill it. They're quite annoying.
